Call Centers

Pintech Corporation manned a Digital Transition call center for a 7-month period, January to July 2009, assisting consumers with DTV questions, technical advice, and in-home installation requests.  The call center was manned 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

Call center employees were available and knowledgeable to answer a wide range of DTV questions.  The call center data was also compiled in our database and used to determine areas needing additional help or citizens who needed further personal assistance.  The four state region of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia were benefiting by hearing and personally addressing callers concerns.  The outreach and assistance effort depended on the Call Center data to accurately target the large geographic area.
